Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Yoga Teacher, I am here to partner with you in processing, healing, and thriving. This can take place in individual and group therapy, yoga classes, workshops, or any other collaboration you have in mind. My experience as a social worker has taken place across multiple settings from community mental health to schools and, most recently, private practice. I have worked with folks from pre-k to retirement and affirm each and every life season we encounter. The result of working as a Chicago Public Schools social worker is a deep passion for supporting educators who, by the nature of their work, prioritize the well being of others in their professional life – holding space for their students and one another day in and day out. My belief is that we all deserve this same gesture and that is my commitment to each person and community I work with.
